【原文】

子曰：「眾惡之，必察焉；眾好之，必察焉。」

【英文】

The Master said, “Be sure to go carefully into the case of the man who is disliked by the multitude. Be sure to go carefully into the case of the man who is liked by the multitude.”

【翻譯】

孔子說：「大家所厭惡的人，必定要細加考察；大家所喜愛的人，也必定要細加考察。」

【主旨】論知人之事。
